Heavy oil plays an important role in oil and gas resources in China,because of the light oil resource and shallow heavy oil resource is decreasing,the importance of deep heavy oil is particularly significant,poor formation mobility of heavy oil resources aggravates the exploitation difficulty.The traditional The traditional mixing light oil viscosity technology is the main heavy oil mining technology in oilfield,but light oil resources consumed in large quantities,with light oil resource shortage,and light oil price is higher than the price of heavy oil,heavy oil incorporation of large quantities of light oil will affect the oilfield economic benefit.All of these limit viscosity reduction technology development of thin oil mixed.Compound viscosity reduction and high efficiency oil soluble viscosity reduction are two kinds of new chemical viscosity reduction technology,which are expected to solve the problem of high cost of heavy oil production in heavy oil production.Two kinds of viscosity reduction technology field tests have been carried out,but the environmental benefits,economic benefits and comprehensive benefits of the two new viscosity reduction technology have not yet been carried out.In order to solve the problem of heavy oil exploitation,alleviate the shortage of oil resources,it is clear that the unilateral benefit and the comprehensive benefit of the new type of viscosity reducing technology are significant.In this research,the comprehensive benefit of two kinds of viscosity reduction technology is analyzed and evaluated in the case of Tahe oilfield,which is rich in heavy oil reserves,and is more mature,typical and universal.This peper build life cycle assessment model to analyze and evaluate the environmental impact,research found,environmental emissions of the two kinds of viscosity reduction technology below the national average emission levels,and comparing with traditional mixed light oil viscosity reduction technology,heavy oil production has been improved,light oil consumption has been saved,and at the same time,no extra environmental load has increased.The two new technology is green chemical viscosity reduction technique.The cash flow method is adopted to evaluate the economic benefit of viscosity reduction technology,the results show that the economic benefits of the two kinds of viscosity reduction technology are good,the profit ability and the value of the calendar year are superior to each base.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to analyse comprehensive benefit of the viscosity reduction technology,the study found that two kinds of comprehensive benefits of viscosity reduction technology is good,and is worthy of wide range of promotion and application.Combined with the ICCT traffic model and hybrid bio fuels alternatives such as transportation policy simulation,and analysis the influence of the common use of the complex viscosity reduction technology and transportation policies on the environment and the economy,the results show that the common use of the upstream and downstream policy not only for the enterprise reduces the cost of sales,but also reduce the consumption cost for the consumer.Research shows that the environmental,economic and comprehensive benefits of complex viscosity reduction technology and oil soluble viscosity reduction technology are all reaching good level.Research shows that the two technologies can be widely promoted in oilfield application and are expected to solving problems related to heavy oil exploitation.
