| With stringent Emission Standards for gasoline,desulfurization adsorbent becomes the focus of research.To meet the requirements for fuel oil quality upgrading,China University of Petroleum(Beijing)New Energy Research Institute has developed a fixed-bed desulfurization adsorbent,which is characterized by high desulfurization performance,low octane loss and good regeneration performance.To obtain the best desulfurization performance,reduction and regeneration condition must be investigated.The experiment is carried out in 15 mL fixed-bed reactor to study the effect of reduction condition on desulfurization performance.The results indicate that nickel in reduction state is main active site.The best adsorbent reduction conditions are as follows: temperature of 350℃,pressure of 0.6 MPa,hydrogen GHSV of 2000 h-1 and reduction time of 2 h.Then experiment is carried out in 15 m L fixed-bed reactor to study the effect of regeneration condition on desulfurization performance.The results indicate that best adsorbent regeneration conditions are as follows: temperature of 450 ℃,atmospheric pressure,oxygen concentration of 2v%,GHSV of 2000 h-1 and regeneration time of 63 h.After several times of regeneration,the adsorbent demonstrated a good regeneration performance.Lastly the experiment is carried out in 100 mL fixed-bed equipment,which is designed and assembled independently,to study adsorbent desulfurization performance.The results indicate that feedstock with total sulfur content of 100 μg/g can be desulfurized to below 10 μg/g or less with reaction time of 207 h,sulfur capacity of 10% and RON loss of less than 0.3 units. |
