| The development of Shen 625 Reservoir has raised lots of problem in the middle and late period.In water flooding development mode,the water breakthrough phenomenon is serious at lower location while the remaining oil is rich at higher parts.Therefore,it is essential to research the alternate development mode,and air injection is a good choice to enhance oil recovery.According to the problems above,dual-porosity and dual-permeability numerical models with oil-air low temperature oxidation consideration are developed to study the air injection,and optimize the injection-production parameters.Combined with elaborate geological modeling,development strategies are designed and predicted for the Shen 625 Reservoir.The following achievements and conclusions are obtained in this research paper:(1)Migration patterns of air front,air flood swept volume,low temperature oxidation effection,gravitational segregation of oil displacement,and oil-gas-water contact control methods are studied.(2)Mixed injection-production well patterns are applied.The top layers have vertical gas injectors,and the bottom layers have horizontal water injectors.The middle layers have horizontal oil producers.This stereoscopic development method has the optimal efficiency and horizontal oil producers are better than vertical producers.(3)Continuous gas injection is recommended to improve oil production as well as recovery efficiency in air injection development.(4)The stereoscopic development strategy is the optimum in the future production prediction.Compared with the basic development,the recovery efficiency has been increased by 3%. |
