In the process of oil and gas field development, reservoir evaluation is a very important aspect, its main purpose is to evaluate the quality of reservoir is good or bad comprehensivly through the reservoir evaluation parameters,it can make us to know reservoir deeper,so as to provide reliable geological basis for the development of oil and gas development.Since Es210 reservoir was discovered, because it is not the main layer series of development, there is no comprehensive evaluation on the reservoir,so it is still has many factors that constrain the progressive development of the reservoir, such as: it is not clear on the law of deposition and reservoir development situation, strong heterogeneity, variable properties on fluid and reservoir and so on,so it is necessary to evaluate the Es210 comprehensivly. This paper guided by the subjects of Sedimentology,Reservoir geology and Logging geology and so on,and combined with the intensive drilling, well logging and dynamic developing data, and then select reasonable parameters according to the actual situation to comprehensivly evaluate the reservoir. The main research contents of this paper contain strata division and correlation, sedimentary facies, sandstone distribution and reservision. The method of comprehensive evaluation of reservoir are gray correlation and principal component analysis. The main research results are as follows:the Es210 reservior is divided into ten small layers, sedimentary facies is delta, subfacies are prodelta and delta front, the main microfacies are mouth bar and subaqueous distributary channel, every small layer has strong hererogeneity. The results of comprehensive evaluation are as follows:the results of two methods are consistent, small layers are divided into four categories, most are II and III.This can provide a reliable geological basis for the progressive development.
