The designation of size and material of the riser,the calculate of depth of the hammer,the optimization of matching the riser and the pile hammer,and the control of risk in the operation process.Years of offshore oil development practice,a riser piling decision has a large amount of practical experience,but theoretical research lag in field practice in offshore drilling riser piling tend to rely on experience to judge choose to stop playing or continued to play,has great limitations.This paper summarizes the calculation model of the domestic and foreign related pile penetration,analyzes the model in the calculation of offshore drilling riser pile penetration and hammer number and reasons,the actual penetration difference that the soil has the uncertainty evaluation on a borehole soil sample into a great error in;the boundary layer will have two design parameters,driving resistance calculated will have a mutation,while the actual soil on the interface does not appear to increase suddenly,suddenly reduced,the calculation method is obviously different from the actual situation;in the selection of calculation parameters,when the single layer thickness is too large,from the design point many suggestions,to improve the accuracy of.The calculation of pile driving resistance under the pile driving process is studied by simulation test of the pipe pile driving process.Finally,the research carry out the matching method of offshore drilling riser and the piling hammer optimization,gives a separate optimization of the water conduit,piling resistance analysis,penetration and hammer hit count to the pile hammer to optimize the overall design of the program,and gives piling process control related operation process.According to the work site,the comparison and analysis of the separated water conduit and the piling hammer preferred matching design and test riser pile penetration and hammer blow count the predictive results of the calculation model.
