Nowadays,the trend of poor quality of the crude oil is obvious.The delayed coking becomes more and more important in the second refinery process.Because its simple process and mature technology.How to improve the yield of coking liquid and reduce the yield of coke and gas is the main research contents of the scholars in various countries.This thesis takes the Delayed Coking unit in one of refineries of the CNPC as the research example.According to the operation parameters,product properties,ect of the Delayed Coking unit provided by the Refinery.The simulation model is established to optimize the operational conditions.The main aspects are as follows:1.Using the simulation software of Petro-SIM to establish the whole process model after the analysis of the whole process of DC.Through the verification,the model is basically consistent with the actual production data,which lays a good foundation for the optimization.2.Based on COM technology,the MATLAB software is connected with Petro-SIM.Thus the Petro-SIM can be manipulated in the Matlab environment,which integrates the optimization calculation ability of Matalab and the simulation ability of Petro-SIM.3.Firstly,the sensitivity analysis of the reaction pressure,reaction temperature and cycle ratio of the reaction system was carried out to study the effect of these operation parameters on the product distribution.then in order to solve the problem of refinery dry gas quality,the effects ofsupplementary absorbent flow rate and temperature on dry gas quality is researched.The single-objective optimization of DC unit is built,with reactor temperature,cycle ratio,the temperature and flow rate of the supplementary absorbent as the operation variables,the quality of the products especiallythe dry gas as the main constraintsand the economic benefit of the whole device as the target to optimize the whole process of Delayed Coking.The optimization results has the guiding significance to the actual operation of the whole unit.
