| New nano-material field has been an important strategic emerging industry since the 12 th Five-year plan.With the rapid development of new material,the structure of surface and interface requires an effective measurement.X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS)is one of the most classic surface chemical analysis instruments,and it was widely used to analyze the composition and valance state of material on the surface.To effectively guarantee the XPS results,the CRM(Au,Ag,Cu)was systematically studied in this paper,which ensure the accuracy of the XPS energy scale.What is more,the operation of XPS data on carbon nanomaterials has been further optimized.At the same time,the XPS application of in terms of gold nanoparticle materials.The pure gold,silver and copper foil was set as candidate XPS energy scale CRM,The intra-and inter-class uniformity and the stability test were properly determined by internationally accepted assay methods.Cooperation with other 5 laboratories is introduced to fix the value and estimate the uniformity.The results show that the value of CRM is the same as which provided by NPL.The development of CRM has solved the Traceability/validity problem of XPS results,and which filled a domestic gap in this field.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of carbon nanomaterials were studied in detail mainly by XPS.Carbon nanomaterials surface is sprayed gold,and Au4f7/2 peak position was used for the qualitative analysis.what’s more,quantitative analysis was finished by XPS,Raman,EELS.When using XPS,The error introduced by Fixing peak position or spacing was solved by optimizing fitting conditions.The damage effects of X-ray irradiation on PET were examined by XPS: With the increase of X-ray irradiation time,the C1 s peak position,the atomic fractions and the percentage of functional groups were changed.It tells us that we should complete the test as soon as possible,in order to reduce the damage to the sample.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy data was used to calculate the shell thickness of spherical core-shell gold nanoparticles.Homemade sample and standard sample were characterized by XPS,then A,B,C and the shell thickness(TNP)were calculated with a reasonable explanation.The two results indicated the importance of sample preparation skill. |
