In view of the phenomenon of feed gas of CO2 increased in a plant of Chang Qing oil field.By increasing the low feed liquid of the desulfurization tower,the outlet temperature of the lean liquid air cooler is reduced and the circulating amount of the amine solution is increased.Based on HYSYS software,the three schemes of mixed amine solutions is adopted by comparison,with amine absorption desulfurization and decarbonization and TEG dehydration process simulation.The effect of desulfurization and decarbonization,dehydration process of main process parameters were studied.Gas quality requirement and amine solution circulation purification are researched when pressure and the temperature and the composition of feed gas.Desulfurization and decarbonization and dehydration process in primary energy consumption structure are researched,the main process parameters of affecting the energy consumption.By using optimizer of HYSYS and MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox to total energy consumption as objective function of the process parameters were optimized.The simulation results showed that the mixed amine solution concentration MEDA is 45.0%???,DEA concentration is 3.0%???.Alcohol amine solution circulation is 153.4m3/h.Triethylene glycol dehydration process of the mass fraction of 99.5%???.Dry gas of the CO2 is less than 3% and H2 S is less than 20mg/m3 and water dew point?summer?is less than 0 degrees C,it is in line with the standard specification.
