| dyeing wastewater is easy to cause the imbalance of water ecological system,hinder the growth of aquatic animals and plants and even a threat to human health,so the purification of printing and dyeing wastewater and reuse gradually aroused people’s concern.Nanofiber membrane has become the ideal material of waste water purification because of its large specific surface area and high porosity.Its adsorption properties,mechanical properties and chemical stability gradually become the focus of attention.To meet the requirements of the above,this article selected the sulfonated polyether ether ketone(SPEEK)as the object which with excellent mechanical properties of.SPEEK and its composite membrane has been prepared by electrostatic spinning.This article mainly focused on the two typical organic wastewater: methylene blue(MB)and 4-nitro phenol(4-NP)processing research.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.The SPEEK nanofibers was prepared by electrospinning method,the influence of solution properties and spinning process parameters on the fiber morphology was explored.nanofibers with smooth surface and without beaded structure can be get at the solution concentration was 0.25 g/mL,with DMF do solvent.2.MB dye processing is mainly done by nanometer fiber membrane on its adsorption.The influence of initial concentration of MB dye,solution pH and other factors on adsorption performance of fiber membrane was researched.At the same time,hermodynamics and kinetics were studied.The results showed that with the increase of initial concentration continuously,the fiber membrane absorption ratio decreases.Fiber membrane can absorb 100% as the MB concentration below 350 ppm,the maximum adsorption capacity of about 380 mg/g.the removal rate of dye can achieve maximum value when the solution is neutral;The adsorption process is better fitted with the pseudo-second-order model and Freundlich isotherm model.3.The treatment process of 4-NP mainly achieved by reduction of sodium borohydride in the presence of particles of gold.The catalytic reduction performance of SPEEK and PDA/SPEEK composite fiber after loading Au nanoparticles for 4-nitro phenol was studied.The results show that the catalytic efficiency of SPEEK spinning membrane was higher compared with casting membrane.The catalytic reduction performance is better of the sulfonation degree of 52% compared with 43%.while the stability of pure SPEEK fiber is poorer under the condition of high degree of sulfonation,the stability of the modified fiber membrane improved after treatment by PDA,catalytic performance of the composite membrane after modification by PDA fell. |
