It is a huge engineering of treating and recycling the wastewater for preserving ecological environment.Sulfonic acid ion exchange material as a kind of adsorbsent of adsorbing cationic fibre-reactive dyes was widely used in many applications,the critical methods to improve the efficiency is to raise the degree of sulfonate and special area of material.In the past days,researchers devoted to improve the BET through grafting sulfonic acid groups directly or electrospinning the polymer with sulfonic acid groups.Nevertheless,the fibers as filter membrane whose strength is seriously not enough and mean aperture almost rangs from um to hundreds nm.Therefore,in this paper,we aim to improve the DS,BET and strength of the absorbent.In this paper,we fabricated SPPO by using chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonating agent and SPPO was charactered by FT-IR,1H-NMR,XRD,tensile tester and SEM.Found that sulfonic acid was successfully grafted,DS was increased as increasing the proportion of sulfnating agent,crystalline and strength were declined,inner pores were more fertile as the DS declined.Then,the research on adsorption of organic dyes was applied,we found that the adsorption capacity of SPPO were more great with higer DS,initial concentration of RhB and PH=6.Isothermal adsorption and adsorption kinetics can be described by Langmuir model and pseudo-first order reaction kinetics model.Anode Alumina Oxide(AAO)template with straight and orderly pores processes considerable BET.Infiltration sulfnated polyphenylene(SPPO)into AAO template can not only improve BET of adsorbent but also guarantee the strength of filter membrane.Finally,AAO template were fabricated by two-step anodization with varying the types of electrolyte,oxidation voltage,pore widening time,then these effects on mean aperture and order degree of AAO template were researched.At last,SPPO was infiltrated into AAO template to fabricate SPPO/AAO composite membrane with nanotube-like SPPO.Morphology,inner and outer diameter were characterized by SEM and TEM,then pore volume and surface area were calculated and the maximum surface area of SPPO/AAO composite membrane is 5.42×10-2m2,this membrane also has optimal adsorption capacity and can endure the pressure of 90 MPa.
