Lijin station located in Lijin County,Dongying city northwest corner,initially for the Lijin thin oil processing,with Lijin blocks dilute oil production decreasing year by year,Zheng Wang heavy oil block rolling development scale is increasing year by year,has been gradually transformed into heavy oil processing based combination station.The Lijin station by oil and gas separation,tank pre watershed,tank thermochemical settling process,the heating furnace for two series heating,tank after tertiary sedimentation dehydration and oil tank turns down cans of low water,and the transportation of water barely reached.The process is longer,and the management is difficult.With the increase of the amount of heavy oil,the property of the oil becomes worse.Through to Lijin station through the analysis of the current situation,find out the problems existing in the dehydration process,and sedimentation dewatering test and modulus prescaler water test,Fenshui trial,tank dehydration sedimentation experiment design three Lijin station dewatering reformation scheme of design parameters and process flow process,and to compare the effect of three kinds of programs,further equipment selection and layout.Through this transformation,it will ensure that the Lijin station normal production and operation,and will further in the station optimization production process,achieve station dehydration process optimization,optimization of system operation and economic benefit maximization and safety and environmental protection purposes.
