As one of most important energy reserve,the safety and reliability issue of gas storage facilities has been a hot research topic.Research shows that during the production of gas production,high-speed airflow pressure fluctuations is the root cause of the injection and production string vibration damage,based on the oil and gas pipe damage survey and the real-time pressure data during the production of gas storage well.So it is necessary to take numerical simulation study of vibration for the string of gas storage well.In this paper,dynamics analysis for the string vibration and stress of underground gas storage well column during injection and production is conducted with theoretical guidance and numerical simulation.And basis on the above study,vibration characteristics anglicizing softwell of injection and production string for gas storage well is developed using the language of Visual Studio.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)Analysis of string vibration characteristic of gas injection and production for gas storage wells.Firstly the analysis of gas flow state in the column and the gas motivation form during injection and production process is studied,and the phenomenon of vortex gas flow in the process of injection-production string is conducted.Then based on the mechanical vibration theory,study of induced vibration migration using flow-solid coupling method during injection and production process is taken.(2)Analysis of pressure and stress of underground gas storage wellbore column.Firstly,the introduction of a closed annulus mathematical analysis model is conducted and the limit deduced mathematical transmission model of underground gas storage is analyzed,which is used for the study of the limit speed of injection and production process for underground gas storage.Then the mathematical model of viscosity-temperature relationship is introduced,by establishing one model to calculate the production process acting on the inner wall with the impact of string excitation force.Mathematical prediction model of temperature and pressure distribution is put forward,combined with underground gas storage parameters,stress analysis,effects of temperature changes caused by axial downhole injection and the deformation caused by variation of the string.(3)Dynamic Analysis of well column for gas storage well.Firstly,modal anaysis is taken to study the run resonance phenomenon of the gas storage injection and production process.Then dynamics numerical simulation of underground gas storage well on the production process was calculated by the finite element software ANSYS and the production parameters on the mechanical behavior of the column is analyzed and studied during operation.(4)Vibration characteristics anglicizing softwell of injection and production string for gas storage well.On the basis of mechanics calculation model,the program of Vibration characteristics anglicizing softwell of injection and production string for gas storage well was developed using Visual Studio language,which combined with field data,mechanics string theory calculation algorithm applied to actual production.
