At present,there is an serious problems in the pipelines transporting crude oil,natural gas,water and others.This is caused by the relative motion between fluid and wall.The mechanical movement is the main reason,the process leads to the formation of erosion groove.If this is more serious,it will cause the pipeline and the pipeline's components failures,and lead to the leakage of pipeline.So it is important to research the liquid-solid two phase flow mechanism and anti-erosion optimization,and it will prolong the service life of pipeline and components.The elbow erosion theory's study analysis respectively from erosion mechanism,influencing factors and the erosin mathematical calculation.Contrast theoretical experience model calculation results and the experimental results indicate theory experience model,there is a big error,so that it will not be able to accurately explain the actual process of erosion.This article is about the mainly influencing factors of 90°elbow's liquid-solid two phase flow erosion and the research of anti-erosion optimization.According to the design parameters,it has established the geometric models.At the same time,it needs to set up initial boundary conditions and control equation,the discrete phase model and turbulent model.After the validation of grid independence,it determines the effectiove number of grid.The analysis of the influence factors of liquid-solid two phase flow erosion is the base of 90°elbow's liquid-solid two phase flow erosion and the research of anti-erosion.This article uses univarinate method to analysis velocity distribution and wall shear stress,particle trajectory,erosion contours and the maximum erosion rate,in order to reaserach the influence of the fluid's velocityms,the diameter of particle,the mass flow rate of particle,pipeline's diameter and the elbow's curvature radius to the 90° elbow,as the increase of fluid's velocityms,the diameter of particle,and the mass flow rate of particle,this enhances erosion effect,but the increase of pipeline's diameter and the elbow's curvature radius recedes erosion effect.The correlation's calculation of the date makes the conclusion that the most important influence factor is particle's mass flow rate,in proper order,fluid velocity,particle's diameter,pipeline's diameter,the elbow's curvature radius.And analysis the effect of oil/water/sand to elbow's erosion.Finally,on condition of keeping the fluid's velocity,particle's velocity,particle's diameter,straight section of pipe's inlet and outlet(16d)invariable,parameters based on the simulation analysis of the anti-erosion structure changes caused by bending the internal flow field changes,the bend structure's changes affect the performance of its resistance to erosion,the conclusion is s-shaped bend and diversion structure can effectively resist erosion,they can decrease the erosion rate,making the foundation for the elbow and other factors erosion research.At the same time,it plays a guiding role in application.
