The production of food waste is increasing in our country,and the untreated food waste will not only pollute the environment,but also endanger human health.The anaerobic digestion technology of food waste can not only realize the disposal of waste,but also produce biogas,which has become the focus of current research.But the content of organic matter in food waste is high,so the acid inhibition phenomenon often occurs in single anaerobic digestion.Therefore,it is of great significance to add the complementary matrix to the anaerobic digestion of food waste to maintain the stability of anaerobic system and improve the efficiency of gas production.In this study,the effect of mixture ratio,temperature,salt and oil on biogas production in mixed anaerobic digestion system was investigated by single factor method.Then based on the Design Expert software,make the Box-Behnken Design.The effects of temperature,oil and salt on biogas production in mixed anaerobic digestion system were studied,and the response surface model was constructed,the experiment was carried out under the optimal conditions of model prediction,and the model is validated and analyzed.The results show that the optimum conditions for mixed anaerobic digestion of food waste and sewage sludge obtained by single factor method are as follows:Mixing ratio 1:1,temperature 35?,salt added quantity 4g/l,oil added quantity 8g/l.Design expert software prediction of the best conditions for:temperature 35.08?,salt added quantity of 4.05g/l,oil added quantity 10.41g/l.The relative error between the experimental value and the model prediction is less than 0.101 under the optimal gas production condition of model prediction,variance test result is F<F0.01,there is no significant difference between the predicted value of the model and the experimental value,the regression model of the gas production and the influencing factors is good,and the reliability of the model is high.
