The tiny hole technology represented by the ultrashort radius radial horizontal well has got widely used at home and abroad.But compared with the conventional horizontal wellbore flow,because of using roughness open hole completion method in such tiny horizontal wellbore wall,the Micro rough wall horizontal wellbore will produce the several orders of magnitude of the pressure drop which affects the production performance of oil and gas wells and the inflow performance greatly.Therefore,basic research of rough wall horizontal gas-liquid two phase flow mechanism has important scientific significance and practical value.First,a rough micro horizontal wellbore single-phase flow and gas-liquid two-phase flow physical simulation experiment platform have been established,and a new way of rough wall miniature horizontal wellbore simulation has been Created.Second,the single-phase flow and gas-liquid two-phase flow physical simulation experiment in the rough wall horizontal wellbore has been conducted to study the impact of different experimental conditions on the pressure drop change at the both ends of the wellbore and the flow pattern of Gas-liquid two phase flow.Third,the pressure drop calculation mathematical model and the friction coefficient calculation formula of the Gas-liquid two phase flow in the Micro rough wall horizontal wellbore have been established.The accuracy of the formula will be verified by the experiment results of the Gas-liquid two phase flow in the Micro rough wall horizontal wellbore.The pressure drop calculation mathematical model and the Friction coefficient calculation formula of the Gas-liquid two phase flow in the Micro rough wall horizontal wellbore have great significance on the study of the Micro rough wall horizontal wellbore flow.
