In deep water testing process,the effect of temperature is greatly serious,the change of temperature affects testing tool even lead to testing failure.Different from land and shallow sea testing,casing annulus pressure cannot be released.Therefore,the design of reasonable pressure series is particularly important,avoiding the destruction.In deep water testing process,the high temperature fluid at the bottom well can usually be reached more than 90?,and the temperature of wellhead on mud line is 4?,so once the test begins,the high temperature fluid return to wellhead position,trapped fluid begin to expansion for the heat transition,which also iMPact the annulus pressure.Through the establishment of annulus pressure physical model and the analysis of the temperature dependence of pressure changes,author analyzed and studied the influence of the temperature of the testing tool,and put forward some reasonable measures.Measures aim at two aspects,by effective design of reasonable pressure series and reduce the thermal expansion is brought about by the variations in pressure.In this paper,the author first study the operating pressure of deep water testing tool,and calculate the operating pressure of the testing tool.Establish the temperature and pressure physical model,calculate the pressure change,and design a laboratory experiment.Combined with the experimental results verify the accuracy of the calculation.In order to protect the casing,put forward several countermeasures,including the installation of the broken ball,putting in compressible fluid.
