With the development of the oil field,the application of complex structural well,such as deep well,super-deep well and extended reach well,is more and more in the field of oil and gas exploration,as well as in drilling fluid.The paper is based on the solution of resistance to high temperature and high density free-organic clay oil-based drilling fluid technology,carried out the following research.Based on the principle of resistance to high temperature screening of oil-based drilling fluid treatment agent,designing the molecular structure of high temperature resistance of main and auxiliary emulsifier model,and developing the resistance to high temperature oil-base drilling fluid through indoor synthesis and research.Based on the research and development of resistance to high temperature of main and auxiliary emulsifier,gaining the optimal dosage of main and auxiliary emulsifier for the resistance to high temperature and high density free-organic clay oil-based drilling fluid.Based on the single dose of change law of the evaluation system of salt water resistant(NaCl aqueous CaCl2)clay resistance and stability,and the resistance to high temperature and high density of free-organic clay oil-based and the key technologies of oil-based drilling fluid.Besides,doing the evaluation that the rheology as well as reservoir protection.Based on resistance to high temperature and high density free-organic clay oil-based drilling fluid,emulsifiers that resist temperature up to 220? was synthesized.Evaluation of the main and auxiliary emulsifier for single dose of different added amount change and gaining adding rule for different single dose of emulsifiers.Finally,obtaining high temperature and high density free-organic clay oil-based drilling fluid.Field application shows that the research and development of resistance to high temperature emulsifiers have stronger practicability,and provide technical support for deep-well and ultra deep well in shale gas horizontal well operation.
