| Steam stimulation is a primary technology in enhance heavy oil recovery,and heat carrier used is conventional wet steam.As a new technology,superheated steam has shown its distinct advantage in field test.Since steam state is different from wet steam,its exploitation mechanism is changed too,related research is necessary to complete theoretical system of heavy oil thermal recovery.Base on the potential interference and mirror superposition theory in horizontal well,and considering wellbore flow,the author studied the calculation method for the thermal parameters and heating radius along the horizontal well,and predicted the production for the different stimulation cycle.Calculated in KMK oil field application,on the basis of analysis of the steam injection rate,cyclic steam injection,length of horizontal well and the degree of superheated steam on heating of the reservoir area and the influence of the horizontal well productivity.It is studied that the distribution of heating radius and influential factors of degree of superheat and heating radius.Researches show that the shape of heating radius distribution is nearly to āUā;The faster of injection speed,the slower of degree of superheat decline,and the radius shows no change;the higher of the cyclic superheated steam injection,the larger of heating radius,and the degree of superheat shows no change;The longer of horizontal well,the slower of degree of superheat decline,but the lower of degree of superheat in finger tip.The greater the cycle steam injection quantity and degree of superheated steam,the peak oil production is higher,and the cycle thermal recovery development effect is better.The thesis research of heavy oil superheated steam injection parameters in the process of horizontal well steam stimulation has certain guiding significance to the optimization and development effect evaluation. |
