The multi-well pad mode is widely used in the exploration of shale,tight and other unconventional oil and gas resources.But there is still no suitable method which can design the three-dimensional trajectory for this mode.In this paper,the methods for designing the trajectory of multi-well pad are analyzed.The variation regularities of torque and drag with different parameters are compared.Based on the the minimum torque and drag,different combinations of parameter are researched.Using the actual datas in Fuling shale gas field,comparing the differences between the actual trajectories and the designed one.Especially,for the unstable reservoir,which is easy to collapse,the drag of tripping-out when sticking happens is considered.In the optimization process,some three-dimensional wellbore trajectory models are compared,and the most suitable design model of 3D trajectory for multi-well pad drilling is found.And the best parameter combination for Fuling shale gas field is obtained.The final results show that the trajectory designed by the optimization parameter combination is more conducive to optimum& fast drilling in multi-well pad mode.
