Air injection light oil recovery is an effective enhanced oil recovery technology.This technology has significant advantages in low permeability oil fields and late water flooding period with high water cut oil fields.However,in low temperature oxidation process,oxygen cannot be effectively consumed makes oxygen break out more earlier,lead to a high oxygen concentration in production well.The high oxygen concentration could have a great security risk in the implementation process.This technology has not been widely used because of the high security risk.Thus,a new low temperature oxidation enhancement technology has been proposed to overcome this technical issue.By artificial igniting to 300? at well head,improves oxygen consume efficiency to form stable spread oxide leading edges.Firstly,this paper evaluate various acceleration calorimeter method,explore suitable experiment method for the research of crude oil at low temperature oxidation kinetics.Then make indoor low temperature oxidation basis analysis experiments to explore the influencing mechanism of the crude oil oxidation characteristic and oxygen concentration in low temperature oxidation process.Then carries out low temperature oxidation enhancement physical simulation experiment based on the study of crude oil low temperature oxidation kinetics.Analysis and evaluate the low temperature oxidation efficiency under different initial temperatures,also the ability to form a stable spread oxide leading edge.Research results show that Accelerating Rate Calorimeter is a kind of high-pressure near-adiabatic calorimetric equipment which is suitable for the research of crude oil low temperature oxidation kinetics.After many experiments,establish experiment method: oil mixed with SiO2 as experimental sample,choose open flowing experiment mode.Testing results show that the heat release characteristics of light oil at low temperature are consistent,and the activation energy of low temperature oxidation is about 180kJ/mol.The oxygen concentration has little effect on the oxidation activity of crude oil,and cannot change the activation energy of the crude oil,and the reaction order of the oxygen concentration in the process of low temperature oxidation is about 0.7.Compared 300?initial temperature with 200? initial temperature.The low temperature oxidation reaction rate is faster,and readily available form a stable low-temperature oxidation front of light oil.Lower outlet oxygen concentration and better safety.
