The different precooling and liquefaction process were simulated and anglyzed based on the gas composition and the parameters of one Xinjiang distribution station of the second west-east gas pipeline,and the good adaptability of natural gas pretreatment and liquefaction process were put forward.According to the pretreatment requirement of natural gas liquefaction,the pretreatment process parameters were obtained by simulation of the natural gas pre-treatment process includes desulfurization,dehydration and heavy hydrocarbon separation process.Through analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign natural gas liquefaction technology,the mixed refrigerant refrigeration natural gas liquefaction process was selected.The precooling process includes ammonia,propane and over-expand gas wave refrigerator refrigerating cycle were simulated and comparied,the energy consumption per unit product of the over-expand gas wave refrigerator refrigerating cycle is the lowest.Combined with the mixed refrigerants cryogenic refrigerating cycle and natural gas liquefaction process,the ammonia precooling,propane precooling and over-expand gas wave refrigerator refrigerating precooling liquefaction process were simulated.By analysis of energy consumption per unit product and liquefaction rate of each process,over-expand gas wave refrigerator refrigerating is suitable for natural gas precooling stage,especially the condition of feed gas pressure is higher,but not for cryogenic refrigerating cycle and natural gas liquefaction phase.
