Steam assisted gravity drainage(SAGD)is the latest technology of heavy oil exploitation.The key of this technology lies in the strict control of the distance between the two horizontal wells.In order to meet the accuracy requirements,high precision measurement tools MGT and RMRS came into being.However,because the SAGD dual horizontal well drilling is a bare hole,drilling is a metal casing,the metal casing of the electromagnetic signal absorption is very large,different casing,the situation is different.The magnetic interference of the metal casing makes it difficult to directly guide the direction of the measuring system.This thesis based on the basic theory of rotating magnetic field ranging(RMRS),with ANSYS finite element software,SAGD double horizontal wells RMRS underground propagation model is established,using finite element method to analyze the homogeneous and inhomogeneous medium of electromagnetic logging response.Under the condition of homogeneous medium,RMRS magnetic field signal propagation model is established,the theoretical calculation method of magnetic guidance distance measurement is realized by using ANSYS.In order to further improve the double horizontal wells drilling magnetic ranging calculation method,under the condition of considering the magnetic short section size,analysis of the rotary magnetic source space around the magnetic field distribution,according to the magnetic signal of the axial component,the calculation method of double wells radial distance is deduced,and on this basis,through simulation and experiment identified the prerequisite of the magnetic dipole model established.On the other hand,in inhomogeneous medium,from numerical analysis point of view,respectively,to study double horizontal radial distance calculation method and azimuthal variation on the several factors of inhomogeneous media including metal casing thickness,relative permeability and the diameter to provide theoretical reference for casing selection,magnetic guide instrument research and measurement data interpretation.
