Jacket security status is an important factor affecting the safe operation of offshore platforms.Therefore,corrosion defect detection monitoring technology and offshore platform jacket structure damage is extremely necessary.Firstly,based on this study demonstrate for the magnetostrictive effect of ultrasonic guided wave technique can be used for long distance shallow water platform jacket near defect detection.To simplify installation magnetostrictive transducers,magnetostrictive coil,adapters and signal transmission line integration,complete the development of new sensor.We usw wavelet technology to detect noise reduction and make Analysis about Hilbert transform data during and after noise Utilization-Frequency because of the MsSR3030 R device comes with software for data processing techniques to detect inappropriate platform jacket.The results show that improved data processing technology than MsSR3030 R instrument comes with software has obvious advantages in the jacket weak defect recognition and the defect positioning accuracy is less than 150 mm.The project is expected to reach Indicators.For detection of defect recognition jacket,we conducted a study of defect feature value extraction technology.The technology uses currently more advanced Hilbert-Huang transform the received data mode decomposition.As for the high-frequency noise,we give the defect characteristic value.Based on this study,we use the magnetostrictive effect of ultrasonic guided wave technology for full-size jacket corrosion defect detection to fill the gaps jacket long-range detection technology.We completed the improved magnetostrictive transducer and the formation of new magnetostrictive transducers preform simplified ultrasonic guided wave testing process,shortening the detection time;time-frequency analysis technology of our ultrasonic guided wave technology for noise reduction and data,and the formation of the corresponding data processing algorithm.
