There are many blocks in the oil and water wells in the North China oil field,which is the most typical of the two company N oilfield.N oilfield,located in the border area of Inner Mongolia,after more than ten years of mining,comprehensive water cut has reached about80%.Since the development and production,the water content in oil field has been increasing,especially since 1997,the corrosion and scaling of water injection and gathering system has been gradually exposed,and has become more and more serious.Due to the oil field special geological tectonic environment,different fault block layer of oil well produced fluid properties of the larger differences,corrosion,scale of complex causes,find out the corrosion,scaling and effective governance is urgently required in the production.This research,on the one hand,through experimental analysis of water quality characteristics of oil and water wells,scale composition,clear corrosion node scaling factors and through the development of scaling and corrosion mechanism analysis and corrosion and scaling factor influence the experimental study on the law,determine the different fault block layer oil well corrosion and scale in the main reason;on the other hand,using different protection methods of physical and chemical experimental research and the technical and economic comparison and demonstration,determine the best anti-corrosion,anti fouling treatment scheme and feasibility of verification of anticorrosion and antiscale scheme through field application test in the end.The study on N oilfield corrosion fouling mechanism and prediction method and corrosion inhibitor effect evaluation carried out elaborate system of indoor experimental research,established a relatively perfect experimental method,screened the suitable n oilfield and the cost more reasonable corrosion inhibitor,scale inhibitor,the corrosion rate can be control in 0.008 mm/a,corrosion rate reached 94.53%above,CaCO3 deposition can be controlled below 12.1 mg/L,the inhibition rate reached more than 96.09%.
