Semiconductor materials are chemically and physically stable,and show good catalytic effect,so they have been wildly used to catalysis and energy field.With the development of nanometer materials,nanometer level semiconductor material is also inevitable trend.Greater surface area and more porus show in the one dimension materials,which can be good catalysts.Electrospinning is a very significant method to get one dimension material,this method is simple,low cost,and wide applicability.So electrospinning has become the research focus both mainland and abroad.In this paper,TiO2 and ZnO nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning and various properties of these fibers were studied.In this paper,several kind of fibers were fabricated under different spinning process and morphology characteristics were test,then TiO2 nanofibers were get according to these process parameters.Then samples'after annealed in different temperature crystallization were compared,as temperature rise,TiO2 nanofibers gradually change from anatase to rutile.Infrared spectrum,Raman spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of samples were tested and compared,TiO2 characteristic curves are showed in these informations.Transmission spectra of the samples were tested,Tauc formula were used and the optical band gap of nanofibers were calculated,3.46eV,3.38eV and 3.18eV respectively.What's more,the photocatalytic properties of the samples were test,it is found that with the increase of rutile TiO2 composition,the catalytic efficiency and rate increase.Same method to get ZnO nanofibers in this article and the performance of ZnO nanaofibers annealed in different temperature were studied.No crystallization showed in samples under 400?annealing,the most intuitive reflection is that sample not bright enough in the SEM image.Raman spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of samples were tested and compared,Zn O characteristic curves are showed in these informations.Transmission spectra of the samples were tested,Tauc formula were used and the optical band gap of nanofibers were calculated,3.72eV and 3.79eV respectively.Photocatalytic performance were tested and sample annealed at 500?showed better effect and sample annealed at 600?showed faster catalytic rate.Photocatalytic properties of ZnO-TiO2 heteromaterials were studied in this article,this kind of compound semiconductor catalytic effect is better than that of single fiber.
