The Project is devoted to investigate the control methods of high power Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM)applied on mine,and manufacture the corresponding controller.With the rapid development of electronics and intelligent integrated modern control technology,the electronic devices have high performances and lower production costs.So that the high-performance products of electromechanical integration such as brushless DC motor are suitable for a wider application area.It has the advantages of high starting torque,high starting current,high power and torque density,high middle and low speed torque overload performance and high system efficiency,especially suitable for mining,and therefore become the project Object of study.Brine extraction of mineral resources,the key link is the evaporation and concentration,and efficient permanent magnet dynamic system is the core of the evaporation process,the use of controller-driven motor operation,so that the power system to double closed-loop control,thereby speeding up the rate of brine evaporation.According to the operation principal of the extraction of mineral resources,a BLDCM speed regulator with XC164 CS as the core is designed.The system adopts two closed-loops(outer speed,inner current)with PI control strategy.The controller generates PWM wave to control the IGBTs in the 3-phase full-bridge inverter,thus regulates the driving toque,and drives motor running normally and efficiently.At the beginning of the project,the double closed-loop control system model of brushless DC motor is established in the environment of Matlab / Simulink.The complete system model generally includes modules such as controller,motor and power inverter circuit.The parameters set in the simulation are as follows as possible to make the working state of the system consistent with the actual environment.The validity and high precision of the double closed-loop PI control algorithm are verified by analyzing the simulation results of the two groups.Based on SoildWorks to produce the actual controller,bench test and field debugging with the host computer on the key parameters of the signal acquisition and analysis,are reflected in the permanent magnet power system,the brushless DC motor has a good dynamic and static response,And the torque output is stable,to meet the Party's design requirements for the project.The birth of the permanent magnet power system makes the rapid evaporation process to replace the original brine drying process,this improvement not only greatly shorten the manufacturing cycle,and mineral resources,the annual extraction yield can be increased more than 3 times.
