With the steady progress of society and the rapid development of economy,pesticide production industry has become an indispensable part of China's industrial system.In 2015,the total pesticide production in China was 1.328 million tons,which greatly avoided the probability of disease and insect pests.While producing and using pesticides,it also brings a series of environmental problems to the environment,especially the effect of pesticide production wastewater on water environment.About 150 million tons of pesticide waste water is discharged every year in China.However,due to the low processing efficiency of the pretreatment process,the subsequent biochemical treatment becomes more difficult,the operation cost increases,and the treatment effect is not obvious.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to choose an effective,economical and practical pretreatment process for the subsequent biochemical treatment of pesticide production wastewater.Through a summary of the present situation of pesticide production wastewater treatment,this article made electrochemical reactor,filling agent is added in the facilities-activated carbon,a multidimensional electrode reactor on pesticide wastewater pretreatment,explore the influencing factors in the process of operation,the optimum parameters,and compared with the traditional two-dimensional electrode method to do,understand its superiority.In two-dimensional electrode method of pesticide production wastewater treatment process,selection of processing time,electrical plate spacing,and stability of the electric current as the main factors,orthogonal experiments,the results show that the two-dimensional electrode pesticide production wastewater treatment the influence degree of the priority for electrolytic time,electrolytic current,electrode spacing;The optimal operation parameters were determined by single factor test as pH 5,electrolytic time 60 min,electrode spacing 2cm,electrolytic current 2A,COD,TOC,chromaticity removal rate of 22.95%,18.40% and 55.22% respectively.In multidimensional active carbon electrode processing experiment,selecting plate electrode spacing,processing time,and stable current,the dosage of activated carbon as the main factors,orthogonal experiments,the results show that the multidimensional electrode method the influence degree of priority pesticides production wastewater treatment for electrolytic spacing,amount of activated carbon,electrolytic current,electrolytic time;And through the single factor experiment the optimum operation parameters as follows: electrolytic time 50 min,electrode spacing is 3 cm,electrolytic current 2 a,activated carbon additive amount of 40 g,COD,TOC,chroma removal rate can reach 50.54%,31.28% and 92.85% respectively,compared with the traditional two-dimensional electrode processing effect has the very big enhancement.By comparing the effect of two-dimensional electrode method and multidimensional electrode method on wastewater treatment,the results show that:(1)biodegradable treatment effect.The multidimensional electrode method is obviously superior to the two-dimensional electrode.After treatment,the BOD/COD is increased to over 0.3.(2)the treatment effect of COD,multidimensional electrode method is better than that of two-dimensional electrode method and simple adsorption treatment effect and treatment effect of the above two methods and,thus the multidimensional COD in waste water to remove the electrode system is electrode electrochemical and synergistic effect of activated carbon adsorption results.Based on this,this article through to the two-dimensional electrode method and multidimensional electrode reaction kinetics analysis,comparing the reaction rate constant,confirm the multidimensional electrode method can be more effective and more rapid pesticide wastewater treatment.
