With the increasingly serious global environmental problems,environmental pollution has attracted more and more attention,photocatalysis technology is expected to become one of the ideal ways to solve this problem.TiO2 has many advantages in the field of photocatalysis,such as stable physical and chemical properties,low cost,friendly environment and rich preparation method.However,the electron-hole recombination rate of TiO2 is high,and the large bandgap width restricts its absorption to visible light.Therefore,the electron-hole recombination rate of TiO2 is reduced by preparing TiO2/SrTiO3 heterogeneous junction,and the absorption of visible light was expanded by preparing TiO2/g-C3N4 heterogeneous junction.The photocatalytic performance of TiO2 composite nano-material was improved obviously,and this provides a possibility for the degradation of organic pollutants in visible light.The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects:1.In this paper,the background of photocatalysis and the principle of photocatalysis are discussed,and the research progress of semiconductor photocatalyst is expounded,then the influence factors and modification methods of TiO2 catalytic performance are emphatically studied.2.The effects of temperature and reaction time on the array of nanorods in the process of preparing Ti O2 nanometer array by hydrothermal method were studied,and the morphology of TiO2 arrays prepared by different reaction time was studied emphatically.This process helps us prepare for the preparation of TiO2 composite nano-films.3.The Ti O2/SrTi O3 composite Nano-Film was prepared by solution method,and the morphology and structure of the composite structure were studied.The photocatalytic properties of the composites were evaluated by the degradation experiments of rhodamine B under visible light,the catalytic properties of the composite nano-films under visible light were investigated,and the factors influencing their photocatalytic activity were discussed.4.The TiO2/g-C3N4 composite nano-film was prepared by solution method,and the morphology and structure of the composite structure were studied.The photocatalytic properties of the composites were evaluated by the degradation experiments of rhodamine B under visible light,and the influence factors of photocatalytic activity were discussed.
