As an important transition metal,palladium is widely used in normal life and industrial production.But the accumulation of palladium in the natural environment and the organism leads to a series of problems.Therefore,the detection of palladium concentration in environment and organism has a very important significance.Traditional instrumental detection methods of palladium are highly sensitive,but usually too expensive,time-wasting and complicated.Chemical sensors of transition metal have played an important role in chemistry,biology and environmental science because of their high sensitivity and selectivity.In this paper,a series of reactive fluorescent probes of palladium based on hemicyanine dyes and fluorescein are designed and studied.We studied their UV-vis spectra and fluorescence spectra,the changes in time,concentration and pH,the selectivity and competition,and the application of cell imaging.This paper is divided into the following three parts:1.This paper briefly introduces the research background and identification mechanism of chemical fluorescence sensors.We focus on the main types of palladium ion fluorescent probes and the recent research progress.2.Three reactive fluorescent probes of palladium have been designed and synthesized based on hemicyanine dyes.The spectral properties,response time and selectivity of the first probe were studied.On the basis of the first fluorescence probe,we increase the conjugation range of the fluorescent group,and obtain probes with better fluorescence effect and less response time.The cell imaging experiment shows that our probes can detect intracellular Palladium ions.3.A fluorophore-and coumarin-based reactive palladium fluorescence sensor was designed and synthesized.The reaction mechanism is similar to that of the previous chapter.This probe can achieve two separate excitation and emission in aqueous solution,witch from the fluorescein group and the coumarin group respectively.This probe has better water solubility,stronger fluorescence emission.
