Heterocyclic compounds are a very large group of organic compounds. It is widely found in many biologically active natural products and drug molecules, often as intermediates in the synthesis of natural products or drug molecules.Heterocyclic compounds can not only anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antipyretic analgesics, sedation and stability, but also the synthesis of active materials. Therefore, the synthetic nitrogen and oxygen three-membered heterocyclic compounds in theory or in practical applications have a very significant significance. In this thesis,we mainly study the cycloaddition reaction of [3+3] which occurs under the catalysis of Lewis acid, the thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter is the review section, which can be divided into the following five sections: The first section mainly introduces the research of cycloaddition reaction and its development. The second section mainly introduces the classification of cycloaddition reaction. The three sections mainly introduce the cycloaddition catalyzed by different Lewis acid catalysts. The fourth section mainly introduces the different cycloaddition reactions of [3+3].The fifth section mainly introduces the application of ring addition and its development prospect. The second chapter is the study of the [3+3] cycloaddition reaction of oxazole ring compounds and 1,1-cyclopropanedioic acid ester compounds under the Lewis acid catalysis. This chapter mainly introduces the [3+3] cycloaddition reaction of 1,1-cyclopropanedioic acid ester catalyzed by Lewis acids with ternary nitroxides. We take advantage of the catalysis of the catalyst to initiate the ring-opening reaction of the stable 1,1-cyclopropanedioic acid ester compounds. The third chapter mainly about the phenolic hydroxyl deprotection reaction.
