Modern weapons technology and equipment are high-energy and insensitive to the requirement of explosives.Therefore,the world each country attaches great importance to the development of the insensitive explosive with high energy and work.TATB on falling,impact,the bullet shoot and flame barbecue cases will not explode,is a kind of typical insensitive explosives,however TATB energy is low.Therefore,developed a high energy,explosion sensitivity similar to those of TATB and high-energy insensitive explosives,as well as the main research direction of insensitive explosive.In the study found that 2,6-2amino-3,5-2 nitro pyridine-1-oxide?ANPyO?structure similar to TATB,energy and sensitivity are basically identical.In this paper,2,6-2 aminopyridine as raw material,formed by nitric acid and sulfuric acid,nitration nitro amine?N-NO2?intermediates,and then under the action of sulfate Bamberger rearrangement reaction,reaction of 2,6-2 amino-3,5-2 nitro pyridine.Use of melting point,infrared,nuclear magnetic,mass spectrometry and other testing means testing intermediates;Use the oxidant to oxidation reaction intermediates,such as acetic acid synthesis ANPyO.Use of melting point,infrared,nuclear magnetic,mass spectrometry and other testing means testing ANPyO;At the same time,the process parameters such as reaction temperature,reaction time of 2,6-2 amino-3,5-2 nitro pyridine and ANPyO.Studies have shown that the use of 98%fuming nitric acid and 40%SO3nitration system,nitration reaction temperature 45?,oxidation reaction temperature is 85?,reaction effect is higher.Amplifying tests have been carried out on the kilogram level scale research,yield of ANPyO increased by 45%to 75%,purity from 95%to 99%.Synthesis method of mild reaction conditions,the process safe and kg stage amplifier basic close to test result and test in laboratory,scale-up is feasible.
