Phoxim and chlorpyrifos are two kinds of commonly used organophosphorus pesticide in Beijing.The residues in the fruit and the adsorption and degradation in the soil of them are worthy of attention.Meanwhile,the Spent mushroom substrates(SMS)will do harm to human if they are not timely and effectively treated.Firstly,in the glasshouse test,three groups of base material are prepared according to different base-fertilizer volume ratio of SMS and chicken manure(in Group A,SMA:chicken manure is 1:0,in Group B is 1:1,in Group C is 0:1),and check not only the residues of phoxim and chlorpyrifos in soil at different time points after applying but also the tomato yield.The results showed that the initial amount of adsorption of the two kinds of pesticides decreased by the SMS ratio in the base fertilizer,and the degradation effect of phoxim and chlorpyrifos in group B(the volume of SMS and chicken manure are the same)was the best with the half lives of 4.9 days and 11.9 days.At the end of the experiment,the content of pesticide residues in tomatoes was up to the standard,and the yield of tomatoes in Group B was the highest.And what's next is the vegetable greenhouse test.Then,contrast the residual of phoxim and chlorpyrifos in Group D(soil with base-fertilizer of ordinary chicken manure)and Group E(soil with base-fertilizer of the same volume of SMS and chicken manure)and count the output of eggplant.The results showed that the adsorption and degradation effect of phoxim and chlorpyrifos in the soil with the base material of SMS was better than that of chicken manure:the initial concentration of phoxim were 4.297mg/kg and 1.689mg/kg,and the half-life were 1.2and 1.6 days;the initial content of chlorpyrifos was 2.421mg/kg and 0.746 mg / kg,and the half-life were 3.1 and 4.3 days.The two groups of tests both revealed that the fruits have the lowest pesticide residues and the highest yield in the soil where base-fertilizer is in the volume ration of SMS and chicken manure of 1:1.Then,this paper selects several soil samples to be analyzed by high throughput sequencing,researching the bacterial community structure in the soil.The result showed that,soil using SMS as the base fertilizer has a higher microbial diversity than that of chicken manure,and the microbial diversity is increased after applying of phoxim,while decreased after applying of chlorpyrifos.The high-throughput sequencing analysis showed that Bacteroidetes was the dominant bacterial phylum of phoxim,and Proteobacteria and Gmatimonadetes were the dominant bacterial phylum of chlorpyrifos,and Ascomycota was the dominant fungicidalphylum of them.Finally,analyse the comprehensive microbial results,fruit yield and pesticide residue by synthesis and evaluate the effect of the base fertilizer of SMS.In general,adding SMS as base fertilizer can improve the adsorption and degradation of phoxim and chlorpyrifos in the soil,and enrich the soil microbial community achieving the best effect of modifying.
