Peptoid,the N-substituted glycines,is a kind of artificial peptide analogue.Different from peptide,peptoids can be simply synthesized with more diversity and resistance to proteolysis.As a result,peptoid has more diverse chemical and biological activities and attract more and more attention in the field of biochemistry and medicine.Currently,research shows that peptides can self-assemble into two-dimensional nanostructures sheets with good biological activity,which make it has many potential applications,such as sensing,template growth and filtering and molecular recognition.Although two-dimensional nanostructures peptoid is only required micrograms to milligrams dosage in the research,but the two-dimensional lamellar nanostructures peptoid formed by self-assembling is small and unstable peptoid small and unstable.This is a challenge problem to prepare steady and extensive two-dimensional lamellar peptoid nanostructures by artificial synthesis.According to the principle of the two-dimensional lamellar nanostructures peptoid' preparation,discovered by the study of Langmuir Trough Instrument by Zuckmann,We research a kind of the two-dimensional lamellar nanostructures peptoid synthesis method based on the small glass bottle reactor.In order to overcome the use of the Langmuir Trough Instrument for preparing the two-dimensional lamellar nanostructures peptoids caused high cost of experiment,inadequate sample consumption and easy pollution and other insufficient.We design and build a high-throughput automation two-dimensional lamellar nanostructures peptoids synthesis instrument,and realized the two-dimensional lamellar nanostructures peptoids high-throughput automation preparation.In addition,the antibody with high sensitivity and affinity to a variety of analytes has important application significance in the field of molecular recognition.However the synthesis of high cost and poor stability makes many antibodies cannot play its role.We synthesis a steady two-dimensional lamellar nanostructure functional peptoid which include a function peptide molecule,indicate our method and equipment can be used as a general platform for the functional two-dimensional material preparation,which is great importance in the field of materials science and biological chemistry.
