The up flow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor?UASB?was used to start the reactor with methane-producing granular sludge as inoculation sludge.This paper was investigated the effect of carbon source,quinone and chloramphenicol on denitrification desulfurization process,and by high-throughput sequencing analysis under different conditions of microbial community structure and diversity.The research results will provide theoretical and technical reference for the development of UASB reactor in the treatment of chemical and pharmaceutical wastewater.The study of carbon source is divided into two parts,which are acetate and phenol.Experimental results show that;In the S2-,NO3--N,CH3COO-load respectively 480gS/?m3d?,210gN/?m3d?and186gC/?m3d?,the containing nitrogen and sulfur wastewater of simultaneous removal of nitrogen and sulphur,S2-,NO3--N,CH3COO-removal rate respectively 99%,99%,100%,sulfur cumulative rate of more than 70%.Phenol as carbon source,when the load of S2-,NO3--N and phenol were 273gS/?m3d?,357gN/?m3d?,184gC/?m3d?,the process of carbon nitrogen and sulfur removal efficiency is the best,S2-,NO3--N,phenol removal rate reached99%,99%,100%;when S2-,NO3--N and phenol load increased to 981gS/?m3d?,1456gN/?m3d?,744gC/?m3d?,the sulfide removal rate was still above 97%,but the removal rate of NO3--N and phenol are decreased to 65%and 60%;the reduction of HRT,S2-,NO3--N,phenol load into 1952gS/?m3d?,2820gN/?m3d?,1459gC/?m3d?,S2-,NO3--N,phenol removal rate dropped to 70%,30%,22%,the collapse of the process system.By high-throughput sequencing technology found in the reaction process,Thauera for heterotrophic bacteria were the dominant bacteria,and Sulfurovum is the dominant bacteria in autotrophic bacteria.As the influent sulfide concentrations continue to rise,the heterotrophic denitrifying bacteria inhibition and lead to nitrite accumulation;a gradual accumulation of nitrite had a restraining effect on the autotrophic bacteria,the sulfide removal rate decreased significantly.In addition,the experimental results show that the addition of electron mediator Quinone can improve the efficiency of nitrogen removal and sulfur removal in the denitrification process.Through continuous experiments,this study investigated the effects of chloramphenicol on denitrification desulfurization process.The stage of the S2-,NO3--N,CH3COO-load respectively 480gS/?m3d?,210gN/?m3d?,180gC/?m3d?.The experimental results showed that the concentration of chloramphenicol in 0mg/L500mg/L,S2-,NO3--N,CH3COO-removal rate had not much influence,were maintained at more than 83%,95%and 99%;despite fluctuations in the yield of S0,but in the end it still maintained at around 60%.High throughput sequencing results show that with the increase of the concentration of chloramphenicol,heterotrophic denitrifying bacteria of the genus proportion increase,autotrophic denitrifying bacteria is the proportion of basic invariant...
