The current bicycle weld inspection is to take the form of sampling,the parts bicycle or a bicycle sent to the Bicycle Quality Inspection Center for radiation,ultrasound,electromagnetic and other conventional methods of nondestructive testin g.With the rapid popularization of shared bicycles,hundreds of millions of bicycles need to be tested for a period of time to ensure the safety of people riding.However,these traditional nondestructive testing methods have some problems,such as low detection efficiency,high cost and complex detection technology.In order to solve these problems in the detection of shared bicycles,in view of the large number of shared bicycles and the complex structure of welded joints,this paper develops a joint detection system based on weak magnetic detection technology to realize the fast and effective detection of the weld seam of bicycles.Compared with the traditional nondestructive testing method,the weak magnetic detection technology has the characteristics of fast detection speed,no excitation and no coupling agent.In this paper,the weak magnetic detection technology is introduced into the detection of shared bicycles.Firstly,the basic principle of the weak magnetic detection technology is expounded,a nd the feasibility of detecting the weld seam of the shared bicycle by using the weak magnetic detection method is analyzed.Then,according to the overall function requirements of the shared cycling weld inspection system,the general scheme of the shared-bicycle weld detection system is designed.The testing system is mainly divided into two parts: hardware and software.The hardware part analyzes the push-pull Full-bridge type magneto resistance chip and the push-pull Half-bridge type magneto resistance chip,and uses the push-pull Full-bridge type magneto resistance chip to design a high-precision TMR sensor to collect the weak magnetic signal.The software is developed under the framework of C/S mode,and the PC software of the shared bicycle weld detection system is compiled by C #.In addition,the use of Java developed a shared bicycle detection background management system.Finally,the shared cycling weld detection system is used in the testing of weld seam.Four pieces of standard test block were made by using CR-MO steel used as a common bicycle material.Based on the test of standard test block,the defect size and the relationship between the buried depth and the abnormal magnetic field on the surface of the specimen,a model for detecting the defect of a shared bicycle based on weak magnetic signals is established.Then,the test of the weld specimen with natural defects was carried out,and the magnetic gradient probability method and the empirical modal analysis were used to extract the anoma ly signal Detects defects in the work piece.In order to verify the correctness of the proposed detection method,this paper conducted comparative verification for workpiece through the digital X-ray method.The results show that the test results of the weld seam detection method based on weak magnetic field are consistent with the results of the digital ray detection,and the correctness of this method is proved.In the aspect of detection efficiency,the method in this paper detects a 220 mm ring weld wit h 20 s time,while the detection time of digital Ray is about 50 s and the detection efficiency is increased by about 150%.
