As a highly polluting industry, the printed circuit board industry produces heavy metal wastewater containing high concentrations of organic pollutants during the production process.Currently,it is a hot research topic. In this paper,iron-carbon micro-electrolysis technology,Fenton oxidation technology, and neutralization precipitation method are discussed respectively for copper-zinc-nickel wastewater containing high concentrations of organic pollutants.By comparison, the treatment effect of a single technology is difficult to achieve ideal.Subsequent research on the"Fenton,iron-carbon micro-electrolysis,neutralization precipitation"combination treatment process, and get a better treatment effect. In the paper, for the Iron-Carbon micro-electrolysis experiment, there are four main factors that will influences the removal rate of COD.Initial pH,reaction time, iron filing amount, and mass ratio of iron to carbon.Through the experiment I found the best combination of four main factors. As follows:initial pH=4,reaction time 75min,iron filings 40g/L,iron-carbon mass ratio 1:1.For the Fenton method to remove COD experiment,we test the initial pH,reaction time,H2O2 dosage,FeSO4 dosage of the four main factors on the COD removal effect, determine the Fenton method of optimal parameter combination:initial pH=3 The reaction time was 70min,H2O2 dosage was 30ml/L,and FeSO4 dosage was 240mg/L.For the neutralization precipitation method, the influence of initial pH value on the removal effect of heavy metal ions was examined, and the optimum pH was determined to be 910.Through the above-mentioned experimental optimal parameters, the Fenton,Iron-Carbon micro-electrolysis,neutralization sedimentation process was used to treat wastewater. The experimental results show that whenthe combined process is used to treat wastewater, the COD is reduced from 2064.46mg/L to 334.86mg/L.The removal rate was 83.78%;Cu2+was reduced from 101.48mg/L to 0.31mg/L,the removal rate was 99.69%;Zn2+was decreased from 10.35mg/L to 0.38mg/L,the removal rate was96.30%;Ni2+was decreased from 6.17mg/L to The 0.25 mg/L removal rate was 96.00%,which was better than the treatment effect of a single process.Comprehensive analysis shows that it is feasible to treat copper-zinc-nickel wastewater containing high concentrations of organic pollutants by using"Fenton,Iron-Carbon micro-electrolysis,neutralization precipitation"combination process, which can serve as a reference for future practical work.
