Anaerobic-aerobic wastewater treatment process is widely used in high concentration of organic wastewater treatment project.This biochemical process is usually composed of graded biochemical reaction unit operating in series,under the conditions of fully mixed operating conditions.The muddy water mixing state control in the operating unit is the key technology to complete the biochemical reaction basic process such as the biochemical reaction degradation time,the transportation mass transfer process and the sludge fluidization and so on.This paper intends to analyze and debug the anaerobic-aerobic process of wastewater from Neijiang City,Sichuan Province,and to track the input-output process of tracer to study the test method ofthemixing process control and the mixed state in the anaerobic-aerobic multi-stage operation.First,the working condition control parameters of each operating unit are checked,and the manifold structure and mixed transport process of the muddy water mixture are analyzed.On the basis of this,with total phosphorus as tracer,the input-output process of anaerobic-aerobic wastewater treatment process composed of anaerobic reaction tank,three-stage aerobic tank and secondary sedimentation tank was tested.The mixed operation model was used to simulate the input-output characteristics of the total phosphorus of the tracer,and the mixed operation state of the process was compared with the measured input-output process.The study of the subject shows that:1)The mixed flow of the SPIC anaerobic reactor and the aeration process of the aerobic and aerobic aeration system in the anaerobic-aerobic process of the alcohol plant are reasonable.Studies have shown that there is no sufficient scale in the biochemical reaction units of the alcohol plant to affect the short flow or retention process of the mixed state.2)The input-output characteristics of the tracer are simulated and calculated by using the multi-stage reaction unit series and the mixed operation model.The actual output operation process of the anaerobic-aerobic process shows that the operation units can achieve the fully mixed state and the process.The control parameters set in each reaction unit can meet the requirements of the complete mixing operation.3)During the start-up and commissioning of the anaerobic-aerobic process of the alcohol plant,the operating units were controlled to operate under complete mixing conditions.The SPIC anaerobic reactor and the aeration aerated reactor were stable.Set the control conditions,to achieve the process design operating conditions.
