In this work,Fe-Al bimetallic,acidulated activated carbon,ceramsite,hydrotalcite-like and schwertmannite were synthesized.Scanning electron microscope and Energy disperse spectroscopy were used to characterized these materials.The Fe-Al bimetallic material thought to be better suited to remove As(III)in aqueous solution after compared the removal efficiency of all these materials.This work provides guidance and data support for in-depth research on arsenic wastewater treatment.In order to improve the adsorption capability of Fe-Al bimetallic,the preparation process of Fe-Al bimetallic was study.Throught the work,the best produce method was been ensured.Furthermore,Scanning electron mircroscope,Power X-ray diffraction,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and so on were been employeed to characterize this product structure and composition.The results shown that the arsenic removed process by Fe-Al bimetallic are mainly including physical chemistry adsorption,oxidation process and coprecipitation.The ability of removing As(III)from aqueous solution was investigated at different adsorption conditions(e.g.,temperature,pH value,dosage and adsorption time).Kinetic models,isotherm models and thermodynamic formulas were been used to analyse the datas.The composite material exhibited a great moving ability under the 25°C.The optimal material dosage is 10 g·L-1,the maximum adsorption capacity up to 35.3 4 mg·g-1.According to the results of the dynamic experiments,120 min is the basically saturated adsorption time.It is important to choose the adsorption time to meeting the balance of cost and efficient in the industry.The absorption efficiency of composite materials in alkaline solution is better than the acidic solution.With it high effiency,easy operation and good reusability,the Fe-Al bimetallic could be applied in the adsorption of As(III).The result of regenerative adsorption experiment show that the utilization of this material is high,after five cycles of adsorption-stripping experiment,the removal efficiency of arsenic in water reduced from 90.61%to 82.46%,it shows that this material has high economic value,and it will provide theoretical guidance and data support for the arsenic wastewater...
