Heavy metal pollution of rice fields is one of the main environmental pollution problems at present in our country, especially the cadmium pollution in the south rice belt is most serious.Among the various heavy metal pollution, the most prominent pollution is heavy metal Cd,ccording to statistics,China's Cd pollution area has been involved in 11 provinces and 25 regions,of which the most serious is the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, including Hunan,Jiangxi and other places, and it is still rising, which will directly affect China's food security. In order to explore the cadmium reduction technology of rice, this paper selected the high cadmium accumulation cultivar LuLiangyou 996 and the low cadmium accumulation cultivar XiangZaooXian 32 as the material and the typical cadmium-contaminated south soil in the early 2016 at Rice research institute of hunan agricultural university with the method of potting text and than to study effect of the cadmium characteristics of rice with different concentrations of Brassinolide(0?mol/L ?0.5?mol/L?1?mol/L?1.5?mol/L)and different spraying periods(tillering stage, full heading stage, tillering stage and total panicle). The main results are as follows:(1)Spraying Brassinolide at leaf surfaces could effectively improve the chlorophyll content in rice, and the best effect was the effect of 15 ?mol / L at the tillering stage and full heading stage, and make the chlorophyll content of the high cadmium varieties Lu Liangyou 996 and the low cadmium accumulation cultivar XiangZaooXian 32 evenly increased by 3.0% and 7.1%.(2)Spraying Brassinolide at leaf surfaces could decrease cadmium content in rice roots, stems and grains, and the difference was the most notable with the concentration of 1.5?mol / L brassinolide, and make the contents of cadmium in roots, stems and grainsthe of high cadmium varieties Lu Liangyou 996 and the low cadmium accumulation cultivar XiangZaooXian 32 evenly decreased by 3.2%,20.0% and 55.0%.(3)Spraying Brassinolide at leaf surfaces could reduce the cadmium content of rice stem and leaf cell walls, and the difference was the most notable with the concentration of 1.0?mol / L brassinolide, which made the cadmium content of rice stem and leaf cell walls evenly decreased by 25.0% and 19.0%...
