This paper mainly studiedthe preparation and the electrocatalytic properties of boron doped diamond(boron-doped diamond,BDD)and the modified electrode,the modified electrodes including Zinc Oxide Nanorods / boron doped diamond(ZnO/BDD),porous boron doped diamond(porous boron-doped,diamond,PBDD)and Zinc Oxide Nanorods / porous boron doped diamond(ZnO/PBDD)electrode.In this paper,the BDD films were deposited on tantalum(Ta)substrates by chemical vapor deposition(CVD).PBDD film is prepared on the basis of BDD film.First,a layer of nickel(Ni)was coated on the surface of BDD film by the technology of magnetron sputtering as catalyst,and then plasma CVD was used to etch the surface of the nickel plated BDD to form porous structure.In this paper,the electrocatalytic properties of PBDD films were studied in detail.It has wide potential window,low background current,acid and alkali resistance,good long-term stability and so on.The content of Dopamine(DA)and vitamin B6(B6)is significant to the health of human body.PBDD/Ta was used to detect DA and B6 by DPV curves in human serum.Meanwhile,the effects of several inorganic interference and biological macromolecular interference in the detection of both substances were studied.The results showed that PBDD /Ta films can distinguish between DA and B6,qualitative and quantitative analyze both substances,and have good anti-interference ability.In addition,ZnO nanorods were grown on the surface of BDD and PBDD films by hydrothermal method.The morphology of ZnO nanorods grown on the surface of BDD and PBDD films is different,which is related to the difference between BDD and PBDD surface morphology.As the etching degree deepens,ZnO grows densely.The photoelectro catalysis of BDD/Ta,PBDD/Ta and ZnO/PBDD/Ta in the aniline simulated water samples was compared,and the photoelectric catalytic effect of ZnO/PBDD /Ta was the best.The structure of the etching of the diamond increases the active area of the film,and the production of hydroxyl radical on the surface of BDD electrode.and the hydrogen evolution ability of the BDD electrode.The ZnO nanorod is a kind of good photocatalyst.The synergistic effect between ZnO and PBDD promotes the degradation rate of the simulated aniline water.
