Green Preparation Of Constant Viscosity Rubber And Its Application In Triangular Belt

In the process of storage,natural rubber is accompanied by the increase of Mooney viscosity and aging.The viscoelastic natural rubber not only has high energy consumption,but also has a negative effect on the mechanical properties of rubber products.In this paper,the constant viscose natural rubber was prepared by using the natural rubber cup gel.The research results are applied to industrial production to produce the constant viscose natural rubber which meets the demand of high performance rubber products.In the first place,hydroxylamine hydrochloride(HH),alkyl hydrate(OP),isoniazid and amino urea hydrochloride were used to modify the natural rubber cup gel by using the method of mechanical mixing.The constant viscosity hydroxylamine(HH)and alkyl hydrate(OP)were selected.Then,the gel content,elastic modulus,loss factor,plasticity and the physical mechanical properties of the modified natural rubber were studied.The experimental results show that all the indexes of natural rubber modified by hydroxylamine hydrochloride(HH)and alkyl hydrate(OP)meet the requirements of natural rubber standard glue.At the same time,vulcanized rubber also has excellent physical and mechanical properties and good aging resistance.In order to simplify the preparation process of the constant viscose natural rubber and meet the actual production needs,this paper also designs a more energy-saving natural rubber constant adhesive preparation method.Natural rubber was soaked by 2% hydrochloride solution,and the basic properties of the adhesive were studied under different soaking time.The experimental results show that the immersion method can produce a series of constant viscoelastic rubber with stable viscosity.Constant viscose modified 0.5 hour natural rubber,Mooney viscosity stability,vulcanized rubber mechanical properties excellent.Mooney Viscosity is stable and vulcanized rubber has excellent mechanical properties.Finally,we can shorten the soaking time and changing the concentration of hydroxylamine hydrochloride to produce the constant viscoelastic rubber of different batches and different Mooney viscosity.The performance of the constant viscoelastic rubber was tested.The results show that the viscosity stability,plasticity initial value and plastic retention rate of constant viscose natural rubber are also in accord with the performance indexes of natural rubber.In this paper,the constant viscose natural rubber is used in the formula of triangle belt.The experimental results show that the physical mechanical properties of the natural rubber are higher than that of natural rubber without plasticizing.This method is simple and feasible,the equipment capital investment is small,can bring huge economic benefit to the enterprise.
