Iron deficiency anemia is a worldwide iron deficiency ill,which is very harmful to human body.Therefore,it is of great significance to study iron supplements.Polysaccharide iron belongs to the third kind of iron supplementation agent,with high stability,good water solubility and easy absorption.The advantages of high bioavailability and low toxicity can effectively treat iron deficiency anemia.The research on the quality of raw materials is very important to the research and development of drugs.A comprehensive study on the quality of polysaccharides and iron complex raw materials can ensure the safety,effectiveness,quality control,and the stability of the production quality of polysaccharides and iron complex raw materials.Lay the foundation for industrial production.In this paper,three batches of pilot-scale raw materials and preparations synthesized in our laboratory were used to study the stability.The main contents of the study included the experiment of influencing factors,the accelerated test and the long-term experiment.The purpose of the stability test is to investigate the changes of raw materials or pharmaceutical preparations over time under the influence of temperature,humidity and light,so as to provide scientific basis for the production,packaging,storage and transportation of drugs.At the same time,the period of validity of drugs was established through experiments.In the experiment of influencing factors of polysaccharide iron complex produced on a certain scale,the raw material medicine and preparation of polysaccharide iron complex were treated with light,high temperature,high humidity and other conditions.After 10 days of treatment,the treated samples were treated separately for their properties and iron content.Degradation products,free iron and other aspects of analysis and identification,and related analytical methods to verify the methodological aspects.The study shows that after intense treatment,the polysaccharide iron complex did not produce degradation products,Under the accelerated chemical and physical changes,there was no new degradation product.Besides,the ph stability of the raw material and preparation of the polysaccharide iron complex was tested.The stable state of polysaccharide iron complex and capsule at different ph was analyzed.
