In this paper,PP aerogel composites and silica aerogel composites were prepared by thermal-induced phase separation and sol-gel methods,respectively.The superhydrophobic-superlipophilic properties and oil-water/emulsion separation properties of composites were studied.The specific research contents were as follows:?1?Superhydrophobic PP aerogel was simply prepared by thermal-induced phase separation and supercritical CO2 drying method,PP was the raw material and xylene was the solvent.The influence of the different PP content on the cell size,structure and superhydrophobic properties of PP aerogel were researched.The result show that the flower-shaped porous microparticles in PP aerogel endows the sample with excellent superhydrophobicity,and the maximum contact angle of water droplet could reach to159°.The Superhydrophobic PP aerogel has excellent oil absorption ability and oil/water selectivity,and it could be recycled more than 10 times.What`s more,PP aerogel@PU sponge was prepared by simple impregnation of PP sol,the composites with porous structure and micro/nano particles were prepared.Its hydrophobic angle is155°,showing excellent superhydrophobicity,there are great potential application in oil absorbing materials and oil/water separation.The new separation device made from PP aerogel@sponge composites enable continuous and efficient oil/water separation.Finally,PP aerogel and non-woven fiber?NWF?were compounded to prepare the PP aerogel@NWF membrane,its contact angle of water and the oil/water separation properties were characterized.The result show that when the PP content increased to0.14 g/ml,the CA on the water droplet of the composites film continuously increased to 157°,after 24h acid/alkali treatment,the CA decreased to 152°,showing excellent superhydrophobicity and acid/alkali resistance.PP aerogel@NMF composites has excellent oil/water separation characteristics and great potential applications in the field of oil pollution and industrial wastewater treatment.?2?SiO2 aerogel were prepared by sol-gel method and then the aerogel were dispersed in ethanol.Biodegradable PLA was used as a raw material to prepare PLA wet membrane by liquid phase separation method,afterwards the membrane was immediately immersed into ethanol dispersions containing silica aerogel.During the process of phase separation,a layer of micro/nano silica aerogel with a rough structure were deposited on the surface of PLA membrane by physical deposition.The PLA porous membrane with superhydrophobic properties were obtained.Its contact angle to water droplet could up to 160°,it has excellent oil/water selectivity and the under-oil superhydrophobicity could be obtained,which can effectively separate many kinds of water in oil emulsion,therefore,the superhydrophobic PLA membrane is expected to be applied to the treatment of emulsified wastewater in industry and daily life.
