With the continuous development of Chinese industrial process,liquefied petroleum gas,natural gas and other flammable gas have become more widespread in industrial production process.The flammable and explosive characteristics of flammable gas make it form possibly an explosive mixture when it is mixed with air during transportation,storage and use.When it encounters ignition source,it can cause an explosion and cause heavy losses of property,even endanger human life.In recent years,flammable gas explosive accidents have occurred frequently in pipeline structures such as coal mines and sewage pipelines.Therefore,studying the dynamics characteristics about explosive overpressure and flame propagation velocity of flammable gas in the pipeline is of great guiding significance to the internal causes of explosion hazards,to reduce the degree of explosion hazards,and to reduce probability of accidents.This paper refers to domestic and international literature and design manuals of pressure vessel on the explosion of flammable gases in pipelines.According to the purpose of the experiment,a set of equipment for studying the explosion characteristics of flammable gas in pipelines was designed and constructed.This paper is mainly divided into experimental system design part and experimental part.The experimental system designing part mainly aims to calculate each parameter according to the explosion kinetics principle,and make the equipment according CAD diagram,the experimental part mainly aims to study the influence of blocking obstructions and meshes with different mesh numbers on the explosive overpressure and explosive flame-spreading speed.The following conclusions are obtained by the analysis of experimental phenomena and experimental curves:?1?According to the principle of explosion kinetics,the relevant parameters were calculated,and a set of explosive test pipelines were designed and manufactured by CAD drawings.According to the purpose of the experiment,the data acquisition equipment were purchased and assembled into an entire experimental system.?2?When the obstacles rate of 75%are set in the pipeline and the closed condition,after the explosion passed through the obstruction,the effect of the three hole-shaped obstacles on the maximum overpressure and the flame speed are P triangle>P square>P circle>P empty,v triangle>v square>v circle>v empty;In the half-opening experiment,after the explosion passed through the obstruction,the effect of the three hole-shaped obstacles on the flame speed is v'triangle>v'square>v'circle>v empty.?3?When the obstacles rate of 75%are set in the pipeline and the closed condition,after the explosion passes through the obstacle,the effect of the three hole-shaped obstacles on the maximum overpressure and the flame speed are P'triangle>P'square>P'circle>P empty,v'triangle>v''square>v''circle>v empty;In the half-opening experiment,after the explosion passed through the triangle hole and square hole,creating strong airflow and strong turbulence and blowing out the flame.?4?When the gauze obstacles are set in the pipeline and the closed condition,before the explosion passed through the obstacle,the effect of the three gauze obstacles on the maximum overpressure and the flame speed are P''0.8mm>P''3mm>P''5mm>P empty,v'''0.8mm>v'''3mm>v'''5mm>v empty;In the half-opening experiment,after the explosion passed through the obstacle,the regularity of the three gauze obstacles on the maximum overpressure and the flame speed are P'''0.8mm>P'''3mm>P'''5mm>P?,v''3mm>v''''0.8mm>v''''5mm>v empty.
