Many compounds containting indole nucleus have peculiar bioactivity, and they can be used as the synthesis of drugs or even become the active substance in a medicine.Quinazolines containting indole nucleus have shown to be effective anti-malarial and antitumor activity because of its high systemic and low toxicity.Bisindole alkaloids can be used to treat the leukemia, and carbazoles are also alkaloids with indole nucleus, which have antifungal activity and so on so that it is widely used in drug research. Our work mainly includes two aspects:TEMPO/CuSO4-catalyzed oxidative indoles to synthesize the quinazoline analogues; The synthesis of bisindole analogues and carbazole analogues using NBS.This paper includes three parts:Chapter one:It's a summary. This part mainly introduces the quinazolines, the oligomerization reaction of indoles, and some synthetic methods of carbazoles as well as the research status and progress about it.This part also included the significance and the purpose.Chapter two:This part mainly introduces the synthesis of quinazolines throught TEMPO/CuSO4-catalyzes oxidative indoles. The method not only is easy to operate, but also has features of low cost and high yields.Chapter three:This part mainly introduces the synthesis of bisindole analogues and carbazole analogues using NBS,,which is environmental-friendly and don't use any metals and acid-base.
