Printed electronics technology is one of the fastest growing emerging technologies in the world,uses traditional printing technologies to print electronic products with different functional materials on substrates.It is an additive manufacturing technology,with consumption,environmental protection and large-scale production are important features.In the printed electronics production process,dry sintering play a crucial role.However,the traditional gravure printing equipment drying control system can not meet the needs of printed electronic product manufacturing.For this reason,this article designed an ARM-based gravure printing electronic equipment drying system controller,the main research content is as follows:1)Design an ARM-based dry system controller.Analyzes the drying technology of conductive inks and the main drying form of gravure printing equipment,use a hot air drying system and electric heating method to dry the printed product;study the control principle of drying system for gravure printing electronic equipment,propose a distributed control scheme for drying system based on CAN bus;use the three-wire PT100 platinum thermal resistor as a temperature measurement sensor,control fans and heating tubes by frequency converters and solid state relays,design a PT100 three-wire constant current source circuit,a solid state relay control circuit and a fan control circuit.2)Complete the drying system controller hardware and software system.Under the Altium Designer environment,complete the schematic design of the microprocessor minimum system,signal conditioning,heating and fan control,communications and other circuits.The controller PCB board is developed by using a four-layer wiring scheme.In the Keil environment,develop software for drying system controllers,include temperature measurement program,DA output program,heating control program,etc.;complete the host acquisition and display software development by using C#,and realize real-time remote monitoring capabilities.3)Use the least squares curve fitting method to correct the nonlinear error of the temperature measurement system.Establish an experimental platform based on controller,PT100 temperature sensor,fan,frequency converter,solid state relay and heating tube,and install and debug.Experiments show that the drying system controller can measure accuracy up toħ0.1?and temperature range from 0 to 200?,fully meeting the requirements of printed electronics.
