In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and urbanization,the economic growth mode is extensive,and the technique and management level is behind.All these elements make the contaminant discharge quantity continue to increase.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and urbanization,air pollution is serious,increasing air pollution problems have aroused a wide range of public attention.It is necessary to analysis the influence of air pollutants and meteorological factors on air quality.Based on the data of monthly mean value of AQI in Harbin city in recent years,the daily average value data,the real time value data and the pollution days data,this paper studies the change law of the ambient air quality in Harbin.The results show that the pollution in Harbin is related to the seasonal changes,the environmental pollution is serious in the heating period,the air quality is better in the non heating period,and the air pollution is serious due to the burning of coal in the heating period.There are many factors that affect the air quality,and the influence of meteorological factors on air quality can not to be ignored.Using correlation analysis,partial least squares regression and path analysis,the effect of meteorological factors on AQI in January,2014 in Harbin city is studied.Correlation analysis results show that AQI has a negative correlation with the average wind speed,and has a positive correlation with the average relative humidity.According to the correlation analysis results,the partial least squares regression equation of AQI and meteorological factors are established,and the model fits well.Path analysis results show that the average wind speed of AQI is the most significant,the average pressure,average relative humidity,average temperature and average temperature are more than those of AQI,which is more than that of AQI.Using correlation analysis,principal component regression analysis and path analysis,the impact of various air pollutants on AQI was studied.The results show that,AQI and PM2.5?PM10?CO?SO2?NO2are significant positive correlation,and O3?1h??O3?8h?are significant negative correlation.And serious multicollinearity exists among these major air pollutants.According to the results of correlation analysis,principal components regression model of AQI and air pollutants was established,and the model passed the test.Of Harbin city in 2016 AQI real-time month average is analyzed,the results show that the serious pollution in Harbin will appear in the daily 9 o 'clock.,15 o 'clock daily AQI value is the lowest,ambient air quality is better than other time.Give people advise can choose to go out in 15 o 'clock every day.In 2014 2016 in January,February,November,December,6 o 'clock to 19 o 'clock AQI real-time month average fitting,the regression equation fitting effect is good.
