Along with accelerated urbanization and industrialization process,there has been increasing urban sewage.As result,the water environmental pollution has become worse day by day.Meanwhile,it has brought about serious influence on realization of regional water pollution prevention goal in China.Besides,it also has restricted the sustainable development of urban and social economy.Therefore,it is an important work to build urban sewage treatment facilities to push forward modern urban development.At the same time,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and grey theory are two powerful mathematical tools,but there are not many examples of project construction.This prompts us to improve these two methods,in order to better analyze and study the construction of sewage treatment plant facilities.Firstly,through analysis on three sewage plant projects A,B and C through multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it's found that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is easily restricted by artificial factors.To better study and analyze the water plant construction project,the features of fuzzy things are analyzed under the premise that the known information is insufficient through grey theory to realize grey optimization of mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In the meantime,the problems about invalid non-dimensionalization caused inconformity of data unit in selection criterion used for calculation are further solved.In view of the shortcomings of the gray fuzzy evaluation method,this paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of the weight,and obtains the comparison scale value of weights,which simplifies the calculation of the gray fuzzy evaluation method.Through in-depth analysis and evaluation of sewage plant construction project through optimized grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the result shows that advanced technology and engineering risk are main factors influencing the sewage plant project construction.In this paper,other influence factors of sewage plant construction project are studied and analyzed in the hope of managing other influence factors with target by giving the priority in controlling main influence factors to improve the construction level and efficiency of sewage plant.
