Benefit is an important index for the survival and development of the enterprise.According to the quality,according to the needs of energy supply and energy cascade multiple use,is an important way to realize the process of chemical energy utilization and rational use.The optimization process of the driving force in the existing technical and economic conditions,reduce the irreversible process as much as possible,to avoid unnecessary degradation of energy,and through the process of comprehensive recovery and utilization of waste heat,reduce energy discharge,constitute the important content to improve the overall efficiency of the chemical process energy.In this paper,the optimization of energy consumption in Maoming petrochemical ethylene plant is selected as the research object.Although Maoming petrochemical ethylene consumption level is the first column in domestic ethylene plants,but a comprehensive analysis of the unit energy consumption found that there is still a certain optimization improved,especially in the steam system,due to the complex chemical plant steam system,steam turbine maintenance cycle is long,easy to cause the turbine isentropic efficiency is low the steam turbine condenser heat transfer temperature difference is too large,resulting in reduced efficiency of steam turbine;high pressure steam and steam pressure is high,also led to a decline in the efficiency of the steam system.The problems mentioned above indicate that there is still a potential for further improvement in the pipe network and equipment of the steam system of the ethylene plant.In this paper,through the analysis of network parameters and structure parameters of steam system equipment involved,strengthening energy saving space calculations using the heat exchanger tubes after the rubber ball cleaning calculations using the heat transfer efficiency of device to enhance the transformation efficiency,feasibility of flow through the research of steam turbine unit,to investigate the influence of operation parameters on the whole network of ethylene steam turbine the unit efficiency,improve the efficiency of steam turbine and steam power system optimization focus,estimates the influence degree of each measure of energy consumption and efficiency,clear transformation direction,to further enhance the comprehensive energy consumption of ethylene plant,reduce production costs for enterprises.
