Aniline is an important Organic Chemical material,is widely used in many industries,such as,PU industries?medicinal intermediate?fine chamicals and conductive polymer,etal,At present,most of the industrial preparation methods of aniline are traditional multi-step reactions.Although the process is relatively mature,these methods suffered many disadvantages,such as the use of corrosive raw materials,the complex operation of the equipment used,the low utilization rate of raw materials,harsh reaction conditions and long production cycle.is the most efficienand advanced preparation process,but there is still in laboratory research for the inefficency of the catalysts used.This paper reports the results of Benzene direct amination to anilinecatalyzed by CuO/Gr with for the first time.Hydrothermal method is emplyed for catalyst preparation.It is found that this catalyst afforded high catalytic activities for benzene one-step ammoniation of aniline,with ammonium hydroxide and H2O2 as the materials The effect of the quality of graphene oxide and copper nitrate ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature,concentration of acetic acid,the molar ratio of benzenetoammonium hydroxide and benzene to hydrogen peroxide,and the catalyst for the amination reaction were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions are as follows:the mass of Cu?NO?2/GO is30:1,benzene/NH3 is 1:3,benzene/H2O2 is 1:1.5,the catalyst is 0.1g,70 v.%acetic acid solution,At 70?for 3 h,the yield and selectivity of aniline were 77.3%and 100%,respectively.the experimental results of catalyst reuse confirmed that the catalyst is very stable and can be reused for 5 times with little activity loss.These results provides a new promising way for the industrialization of anile production.
